The deposit must be received withing 14 days of reservation otherwise the reservation will be subject to cancellation. Cancellation Cancellation received more than 15 days prior to arrival date, the 2 night deposit will be refunded less a 5% service fee assessed against the refund value. If cancellation is received 15 days prior to arrival date or less, the total deposit will be forfeited. December 15 – April 14 (except for Christmas, New Year & Holiday Weeks) Payment A 3 night deposit is required in order to confirm the reservation. The deposit must be received withing 14 days of reservation otherwise the reservation will be subject to cancellation. Cancellation Cancellation received more than30 days prior to arrival date, the 3 night deposit will be refunded less a 5% service fee assessed against the refund value. If cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival date or less, the total deposit will be forfeited. Any refund approved, will be subject to a 50% service fee assessed against the refund value. A cancellation request or any changes to your reservation must be submitted in writing.
